You may use ChannelBerry for personal, non-commercial discovery purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from ChannelBerry without written permission.

3. Intellectual Property

Channel names, logos, and video thumbnails are the property of their respective creators. ChannelBerry displays them for the purpose of discovery and does not claim ownership over any YouTube content. Editorial reviews and the ChannelBerry brand are the property of ChannelBerry.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

ChannelBerry is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information displayed. Channel and video availability depends on YouTube and may change at any time.

5. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of ChannelBerry after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
