1. What We Store

ChannelBerry sets no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies. What we keep lives in your browser's local storage, never on our servers: your theme choice (light or dark) and any channels you save.

2. Why There Is No Cookie Banner

Consent is required for cookies that are not strictly necessary. Local storage used only to remember a preference you set yourself falls outside that requirement, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to refuse. Clearing your browser data removes it.

3. Third-Party Requests

Channel avatars, video thumbnails and banner art are served from Google's image hosts. Loading an image sends your IP address and user agent to Google, the same as any image on any website. We embed no players, no scripts and no pixels from YouTube, so no YouTube cookie is set by browsing ChannelBerry.

4. Analytics

If we enable analytics we will use a privacy-preserving, cookieless provider and say so here before doing it.
