1. What ChannelBerry Publishes

ChannelBerry is a catalog. Every channel name, avatar, thumbnail and statistic comes from the YouTube API Services and belongs to its creator. We host no video, we stream no video, and every link sends the visitor to the creator's own channel on YouTube, where the view counts for them.

The editorial reviews are written by ChannelBerry and are our own copyrighted work.

2. If You Are a Creator and Want Out

Write to support@channelberry.com from an address associated with the channel, or from the channel itself, and tell us the channel URL. We remove listings on request, no justification needed and no questions asked.

3. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material on ChannelBerry infringes your copyright, email support@channelberry.com with:

• your contact details
• identification of the work you claim was infringed
• the URL of the page at issue
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised
• a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights owner

We answer copyright notices within 5 business days and remove or disable the material at issue while we review it.
